Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Senate Bill 182 has undergone some significant changes. The committee has recommended that the bill pass, allowing it to be reviewed further by another committee. Additionally, the original text that prohibited non-pharmacists from using pharmacy insignias or devices has been removed. This change is important because it could allow a broader range of individuals and businesses to use pharmacy symbols, which may influence how pharmacy services are marketed and perceived by the public.
