The updated version of HB 99 adds specific entities that can receive loans from the New Mexico Finance Authority's public project revolving fund. These include the Agua Fria mutual domestic water consumer's association and the Albuquerque-Bernalillo county water utility authority, with a focus on various public infrastructure projects. This change is significant because it directly identifies and authorizes funding for essential local projects, potentially improving services like water and wastewater management in those communities.
