The revised bill now includes specific details that honor and commemorate the achievements of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, especially highlighting its role as the first secular democracy in the Muslim world and its early grant of voting rights to women. This amendment emphasizes the historical significance of Azerbaijan's democratic foundation and its progressive reforms, which made it a leader in women's rights during that era. By recognizing this milestone, the bill aims to foster a greater understanding of democratic values and gender equality, both in a historical context and as an inspiration for current and future generations.
