The amended version of HB 65 includes a slight rephrasing of the heading and some formatting adjustments, but the substantive content remains unchanged. It still appropriates $1,100,000 from the public project revolving fund to support wastewater system financing, specifically for matching federal Clean Water Act funding. This funding ensures the state can maintain and enhance its wastewater facilities, which is important for public health and environmental protection. Additionally, any unspent funds at the end of the fiscal year won't revert, allowing continued investment in necessary projects.
