The recent changes to SB 94 involve the removal of some introductory lines and the addition of a title for the act. This streamlining simplifies the text while maintaining the focus on issuing bonds for various capital projects, including improvements for senior citizen facilities, libraries, and schools. These amendments are important because they help clarify the bill's purpose and ensure that voters understand what they are supporting when approving funding through bonds at the upcoming election.
