The amendment to Bill HB 235 increases the municipal court automation fee from $6 to $10. This change matters because it aims to enhance funding for court technology and processes, which can improve efficiency and services for both the court system and the public. As the costs associated with running the court rise, this adjustment helps ensure that necessary resources are available.
