What changed in the latest version
110 added · 113 removedPlain-language change summary
The amendments to Bill HB 704 reduced the total amount of rebates available for film production projects from $20 million to $10 million each fiscal year. Additionally, it removed specific language regarding rebates for series projects, making it clear that the total rebate cap applies to all projects regardless of type. This change is significant because it limits the financial incentives for production companies, potentially affecting their decisions to film in the area.
