Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to SB 2952 involve removing a portion of the text that previously specified the increased amount of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine that an individual can acquire within a 30-day period. This matters because it simplifies the language in the bill, making it easier to understand while still addressing the regulation of substances used in methamphetamine production. By clarifying the legislation, it helps ensure that the rules remain effective and straightforward for both consumers and law enforcement.
