Plain-language change summary

The bill HB 2425 has been amended to include new sections that expand the boundaries of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District to include certain tracts of land. This is important because it allows the district to manage water resources and services over a larger area, which can improve water management and environmental protection in that region. Additionally, the previous section regarding the bill's effective date has been removed, streamlining the language of the bill.
