What changed in the latest version
30 added · 30 removedPlain-language change summary
The amended version of Bill SB 3483 allows the West Washington County Community Unit School District 10 to issue up to $32.2 million in bonds to fund various projects, provided specific conditions are met. One key change is that the debt from these bonds won't count against the district's statutory debt limit, which protects its financial standing. This is important because it gives the school district more flexibility to raise funds for necessary improvements without exceeding legal borrowing restrictions.
