The latest version of SB 3134 has replaced the earlier "Engrossed" label with an "Enrolled" version, indicating that the bill has been finalized for approval. This change signifies a step closer to becoming law, as the enrolled version typically reflects the final compromises made during the legislative process. This transition is important because it means the bill is ready for the governor's signature, which could lead to the new regulations being implemented soon.
