Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Bill HB 271 includes provisions allowing individuals to provide community association management services to associations with 10 units or fewer without requiring a license. This change is significant because it eases restrictions for small community managers, making it more accessible for them to operate without the financial burden of licensing, which could encourage more individuals to enter this field and help manage smaller community associations effectively.
