What changed in the latest version
17 added · 17 removedPlain-language change summary
The most significant change in HB 242 is the transition from the "Engrossed" version to the "Enrolled" version, which essentially means the bill has moved a step closer to becoming law. This doesn't introduce new language or provisions but updates the status of the bill to reflect its progress through the legislative process. This change is important because it indicates that the bill is on track for final approval and could soon impact the relevant laws and regulations.
