Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Senate Bill 295 changes the amount of grant funding for harbor improvements in Green Bay from $1,500,000 to $1,200,000. This reduction means that the city will receive $300,000 less than initially proposed for their port expansion and coal pile relocation projects. The change is significant because it may impact the scope or scale of the planned improvements, potentially affecting economic development in the area.
