Plain-language change summary

In the latest amendment to Senate Bill 35, the funding for grants to help farmers install rollover protection structures on tractors has been reduced by $100,000 for both the 2019-20 and 2020-21 fiscal years. Additionally, the provisions originally set to provide grants have been repealed, which means that the financial support for this initiative will no longer be available as planned. This change is significant because it limits the resources available to enhance safety measures in farming, potentially impacting the health and safety of those working in agriculture.
