Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 1044 clarifies that any fines for parking violations will not exceed $75 and that the money collected from these fines will go into the local government's general fund. This is important because it ensures that the revenue from parking fines is used to benefit the community directly, helping to maintain public services and infrastructure. The removal of redundant wording streamlines the bill for easier understanding and implementation.
