Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Senate Bill 252 changes the reporting requirement for Ashland County regarding its flood risk reduction projects. Instead of providing a comprehensive report summarizing all results by June 30, 2021, the county is now required to submit a progress report by the same date. This adjustment is important because it allows the county to focus on ongoing findings rather than waiting until all projects are complete, fostering quicker insights and adaptations if necessary.
