Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Bill AB 325 revised the harbor assistance grant amount for the city of Green Bay from $1,500,000 to $1,200,000. This change reduces the financial support for the city's port expansion and coal pile relocation project. It's important because while the funding still helps the city, the reduced amount may impact the scale or timeline of the planned improvements.
