Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Assembly Bill 731 expand the eligibility for reciprocal professional credentials to include the spouses of service members who died while serving. Additionally, if individuals are unable to provide documentation proving their status as service members or their spouses, they can now submit an affidavit instead. These changes are important because they aim to make it easier for more military families to access professional opportunities and support their transitions into civilian life.
