Plain-language change summary

The bill has been amended to replace the term "Joint Commission" with "Joint Subcommittee," and it has also reduced the number of sections from five to three. This change is significant because it streamlines the process for evaluating professional and occupational licensing requirements, making it potentially easier to identify and eliminate unnecessary regulations while still ensuring public safety. The new structure aims to be more efficient and focused on the essential tasks of the subcommittee.
