Plain-language change summary

The amendment to SB 15 adds "intern recruitment" to the types of expenses that businesses can receive grants for when starting an internship program. This change is important because it broadens the support for businesses by helping them not just with legal and training costs, but also with the expense of finding suitable interns. This could lead to more businesses successfully launching internship programs, which benefits both the companies and potential interns looking for opportunities.
