Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Bill SB 377 clarifies certain definitions related to minimum wage and working hours for employees. A key change is the exclusion of seasonal amusement park workers from maximum hour requirements, which means these workers may not be limited in the number of hours they can work. This change is important as it could affect worker rights and working conditions for those in the amusement park industry, potentially leading to longer hours without additional protections.
