Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 613 now allows individuals to make an anatomical gift on both hunting and fishing licenses, which broadens the opportunities for organ donation. It also mandates that the Division of Natural Resources provide records related to these donations to the donor registry and includes information about organ donation directly on the licenses. These changes aim to raise awareness about organ donation opportunities among hunters and anglers, potentially increasing the number of registered donors and saving more lives.
