Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to HB 2191 primarily update the definition of "operator" for limited video lottery systems and allow these operators to manage up to ten licensed locations, which is a change from previous restrictions. Additionally, the bill increases the maximum wager allowed per game and removes limits on the types of bill denominations that can be used in video lottery terminals. These changes are significant because they can increase flexibility for operators and potentially boost state revenue from gaming activities by allowing for larger bets and more locations.
