Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to SB 532 clarify the rules around displaying or parking used motor vehicles for sale in Virginia. One key change is that immediate family members of the property owner are now allowed to display vehicles without facing penalties, even if the vehicles aren’t titled in their name. This matters because it helps families sell vehicles more easily without needing to navigate complex regulations. Additionally, the bill reinforces the requirements for licensed dealers, ensuring fair practices in vehicle sales on designated properties.
