Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 306 specifies that at least 20% of the beer sold for consumption on-site must be produced at the establishment. It removed a previous requirement for the licensee to have equipment capable of brewing at least three barrels at once. This change simplifies the brewing requirements for on-premise sales, potentially making it easier for smaller breweries or establishments to compete and operate, which could enhance local economies and beer culture.
