Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 392 includes changes to the membership structure of the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council in West Virginia. Specifically, it consolidates the way member representatives are selected, providing that various associations will submit names directly to the governor for consideration. This change is significant because it aims to streamline the council's composition, ensuring that a diverse array of emergency medical services organizations has a voice in advising the commissioner, which could lead to more effective decision-making in the delivery of emergency medical services.
