Plain-language change summary

The revised version of Bill SB 71 makes some clarifications regarding how certain terms are defined, specifically focusing on fees paid to the Secretary of State by different types of businesses. The changes include renaming the section title and slightly altering the language for clarity. This matters because clearer definitions can help prevent misunderstandings among businesses, ensuring they comply with state regulations and understand their financial obligations better.
