What changed in the latest version
1 added · 1 removedPlain-language change summary
The revised version of Bill SB 6571 removes the section that specified an effective date of July 1, 2018. This means that while the tax exemptions for agricultural education students will still be implemented, the timing of when they take effect is no longer explicitly stated in the bill. This change could allow for a more flexible implementation date, but it also raises questions about when exactly these benefits will begin for eligible students.
