Plain-language change summary

The updated version of HB 2254 adds provisions for two separate funds: the Bright Flue-Cured Tobacco Promotion Fund and the Dark-Fired Tobacco Promotion Fund. This change ensures that funds collected from the sale of each type of tobacco are allocated specifically to support their respective growers. This matters because it allows for targeted promotion and support of both tobacco types, potentially benefiting local farmers and ensuring resources are used effectively to enhance their production.
