Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Bill SB 5643 has increased the annual certification fee for lead-based paint professionals from $25 to $30. This change is important because it helps cover the costs associated with administering the program, ensuring that the training and certification of these professionals meets necessary federal standards.
