Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to SB 877 clarify the rules around what insurance producers can offer to clients. Now, insurance producers are explicitly allowed to give gifts or advantages valued at $100 or less, as long as these are not specified in the insurance contract. This change aims to provide more flexibility for producers while maintaining consumer protection, ensuring that clients can still receive small incentives without compromising the integrity of the insurance process.
