Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill SB 373 introduces a requirement that the feasibility study and development of a uniform claim form for insurance be completed within 180 days from the effective date of the article. This change emphasizes a more structured timeline for creating standardized forms that insurers and health care providers can use, which is important for streamlining processes and improving efficiency in handling insurance claims. By having a clear deadline, it ensures that all parties can quickly implement a uniform approach, potentially reducing confusion and errors in claims submissions.
