Plain-language change summary

The amendments to Bill HB 454 clarify the roles and responsibilities of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy technician trainees. Specifically, it emphasizes that a pharmacy technician trainee must work under the direct and immediate supervision of a licensed pharmacist, ensuring that the pharmacist is always available to guide and assist. This change is important because it helps maintain safety and quality in pharmacy operations by ensuring that trainees receive proper oversight while they learn their duties.
