Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Bill SR 33 changed the composition of the task force addressing lead exposure and poisoning. Instead of including the chairpersons of specific Senate committees, the task force will now consist of two Senate members and a newly formed advisory committee with experts and health officials. This shift is significant because it streamlines the decision-making process and allows for more specialized input from medical professionals and other advisors specifically focused on lead poisoning issues, ultimately aiming to improve public health outcomes.
