Plain-language change summary

The amendments to Bill SB 735 clarify the terminology and processes related to fees collected during the sale of properties for delinquent taxes. Specifically, the terms "purchase price" are consistently used instead of "final assessed price," which simplifies understanding of the transaction. This change matters because it ensures that everyone involved uses the same language and clearly defines what amount the fee will be based on, potentially improving transparency and fairness in these transactions.
