What changed in the latest version
7 added · 11 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of Bill HB 205 has added a specific section that clarifies that certain provisions apply only to members hired after the bill's effective date, rather than to a broader group, including employees of associations linked to public school entities. This change matters because it makes the bill's application more focused, possibly streamlining its effects on new hires and ensuring that existing employees are not impacted by the new rules. Additionally, it reinforces the immediacy of the bill's implementation.
