A mediator WAM H00099'25_HB4413_INTR_1H00099'25_HB4413_APH_1 2mjrvd9fyg0i 1 must be knowledgeable in the laws, regulations, and administrative practices relating to providing the provision of behavioral health services and supports.
WAM H00099'25_HB4413_INTR_1H00099'25_HB4413_APH_1 2mjrvd9fyg0i 1 (8) If the dispute is resolved through the mediation process, the mediator shall prepare a legally binding document that includes outlining the terms of the agreement.
