Summary
Amends the Department of Insurance Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Amends the Governor's Office of Management and Budget Act. Provides that the Governor shall direct the State Comptroller and the State Treasurer to set aside the sum of $75,000,000 from the Budget Reserve for Immediate Disbursements and Governmental Emergencies (BRIDGE) Fund to fund that program. Amends the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act to provide for emergency rulemaking. Effective immediately.
