(6) The information disclosed under this section is not DDM H01659'25_HB4240_INTR_1H01659'25_HB4240_APH_1 7buj1o942cat 1 confidential or exempt from the freedom of information act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 to 15.246.
(3) If a screening described in subsection (1) identifies a person as being subject to a sanction, embargo, or other restriction under federal law, the department of technology, DDM H01659'25_HB4240_INTR_1H01659'25_HB4240_APH_1 7buj1o942cat 1 management, and budget must notify the person of the screening results and the person must comply with the disclosure requirements described in section 13 until the expiration of the sanction, embargo, or restriction.
(3) A person that is subject to a third violation described in DDM H01659'25_HB4240_INTR_1H01659'25_HB4240_APH_1 7buj1o942cat 1 subsection (1) is ineligible for the award of a contract by a public body, unless the ineligibility is lifted for good cause by the department of technology, management, and budget.
