DDM H00156'25_HB4129_INTR_1H00156'25_HB4129_APH_1 zaw76fwf6pqc THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
(i) "Qualified individual" means an individual who meets both DDM H00156'25_HB4129_INTR_1H00156'25_HB4129_APH_1 zaw76fwf6pqc 1 of the following requirements:
(1) If a program participant receives a payment under the program to which the program participant is not entitled, the DDM H00156'25_HB4129_INTR_1H00156'25_HB4129_APH_1 zaw76fwf6pqc 1 program participant shall repay the payment to the department.
The department may promulgate rules to implement this DDM H00156'25_HB4129_INTR_1H00156'25_HB4129_APH_1 zaw76fwf6pqc 1 act under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
