(a) The land is leased or subleased at fair market value to a private entity that owns, leases, or subleases the licensed DAW H01058'25 (S-2)_HB4065_APS_1 sfba70 1 premises for the operation of a restaurant.

(8) Subject to section 531, the commission may issue a license to a private entity for the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the licensed premises of a restaurant located on DAW H01058'25 (S-2)_HB4065_APS_1 sfba70 1 land owned by Eastern Michigan University if all of the following circumstances exist:

(11) Subject to section 531, the commission may issue to the governing board of Macomb Community College a license for the sale DAW H01058'25 (S-2)_HB4065_APS_1 sfba70 1 of alcoholic liquor for consumption on licensed premises that are located at the Expo Center Complex and the John Lewis Student Community Center if the license was originally acquired on the open market at fair market value.
(11) Subject to section 531, the commission may issue to the governing board of Macomb Community College a license for the sale DAW H01058'25 (H-1)_HB4065_APH_1 bjt9yx 1 of alcoholic liquor for consumption on licensed premises that are located at the Expo Center Complex and the John Lewis Student Community Center if the license was originally acquired on the open market at fair market value.
(13) Subject to section 531, the commission may issue a license to a private entity for the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the licensed premises of a restaurant located on land owned by Schoolcraft College if all of the following circumstances exist:
(13) (11) Licenses issued under this section subsection (1) are nontransferable.
(a) The land is leased or subleased at fair market value to the private entity that leases or subleases the licensed premises for the operation of a restaurant.
The licensed premises described in this subsection must be located within or directly adjacent to the licensed premises of the grocery store described in section 533(14).
(b) The private entity described in this subsection is the same private entity described in section 533(14).
(c) The restaurant is located within an area designated for industrial, research, or commercial development by the governing board of Schoolcraft College.
(d) The license was originally acquired on the open market at fair market value.
(14) Subject to section 531, the commission may issue to the DAW H01058'25 (S-2)_HB4065_APS_1 sfba70 1 governing board of Washtenaw County Community College a license for the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on licensed premises that are located at the Morris Lawrence Building if the license was originally acquired on the open market at fair market value.
(15) Subject to section 531, the commission may issue to the governing board of Henry Ford College a license for the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on licensed premises that are located at the John McDonald Student and Culinary Arts Center if the license was originally acquired on the open market at fair market value.
(16) (11) Licenses issued under this section subsection (1) are nontransferable.
