R ESOLVED BY THE S ENATE OF THE STATE OF N EVADA , That for the 34th Special Session of the Nevada Legislature, no allowances will be paid for members of the Senate for periodicals, stamps, stationery or the use of telephones and no allowances will be paid for the President Pro Tempore, Majority Leader, Minority Leader or chair of a committee of the Senate for postage, telephone tolls or other charges for communications;
