This bill also prohibits the board of trustees of a school district or the governing body of a charter school from directly or indirectly charging a pupil or the parent or legal guardian of a pupil for the cost of such insurance coverage.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
