2.General Fund or the State Highway Fund is hereby authorizedState during Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services for the same purpose as set forth in subsection 1.
Expenditure of $1,355,426 not appropriated from the State General Fund or the State Highway Fund is hereby authorized during Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of - *AB512* – 2 – Health and Human Services for the same purpose as set forth in subsection 1.
2.General Fund or the State Highway Fund is hereby authorizedState during Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 by the - 82nd Session (2023) – 2 – Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services for the same purpose as set forth in subsection 1.
Expenditure of $1,814,265 not appropriated from the State General Fund or the State Highway Fund is hereby authorized during Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services for the same purpose as set forth in subsection 1.
There is hereby appropriated from the State General Fund to the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services the sum of Services of $16,420,672 for the Child Support Enforcement Program budget account for the continuation of an information technology modernization project.
Any remaining balance of the appropriations made by sections 1 to 4, inclusive, of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2025, by the entity to which the appropriation is made or any entity to which money from the appropriation is granted or otherwise transferred in any manner, and any portion of the appropriated money remaining must not be spent for any purpose after September 19, 2025, by either the entity to which the money was appropriated or the entity to which the money - *AB512* – 3 – was subsequently granted or transferred, and must be reverted to the State General Fund on or before September 19, 2025.
