Section 1 of Article 13 of the Nevada Constitution requires that institutions for the benefit of the insane, blind and deaf and dumb be fostered and supported by the term “institutions” with “entities” and to revise the description of the persons whoe benefit from these entities from:

This joint resolution proposes to amend the Nevada Constitution to replace the benefit from these entities from:
