Plain-language change summary

Senate Bill No. 43 has been amended to increase the number of members on the Advisory Board on Outdoor Recreation. The key changes include adding one voting member nominated by the Nevada Association of Counties and one nonvoting member from the United States Department of Agriculture. This matters because it allows for broader representation of local and federal interests, potentially leading to better decision-making about outdoor recreation in Nevada.
