Existing law creates the Advisory Committee to Study Laws Concerning Sex relating to state and federal law concerning the registration of sex offenders and any litigation concerning those laws;
Existing law creates the Advisory Committee to Study Laws Concerning Sex Offender Registration and requires the Committee to:
(2) prepare a report of the activities and findings of the Committee and any recommendations for proposed legislation concerning the registration of sex offenders developed by the Committee;
(1) identify and study issues relating to state and federal law concerning the registration of sex offenders and any litigation concerning those laws;
and (3) on or before September 1 of each even-numbered year, submit the report prepared by the Committee to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for submission to the the Advisory Commission on the Administration of Justice and prescribes its duties, which include:
(2) prepare a report of the activities and findings of the Committee and any recommendations for proposed legislation concerning September 1 of each even-numbered year, submit the report prepared by theor before Committee to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for submission to the Legislative Commission.
(NRS 179D.132, 179D.136) Existing law also creates the Advisory Commission on the Administration of Justice and prescribes its duties, which include:
(2) recommending standards, policies and procedures for integrated criminal justice information sharing between criminal justice agencies in this State and the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History within the Records, Communications and Compliance Division of the Department of the Department of Public Safety;

and (3) for each regular session of therector Legislature, preparing a comprehensive report including the Commission’s - *SB161* – 2 – recommended changes pertaining to the administration of justice in this State, the Commission’s findings and any recommendations of the Commission for proposed Bureau for distribution to the Legislature not later than December 1 of each even- numbered year.
