THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

If the State of Nevada receives from the Federal Government on or after the effective date of this act money that the State of Nevada is authorized to use for the administration of unemployment compensation in this State, the Chief of the Budget Division of the Office of Finance in the Office of the Governor created by NRS 223.400 shall disburse $54,000,000 of that money in accordance with the provisions of chapter 353 of NRS to the - *AB484* – 2 – Employment Security Division of the Department of Employment, compensation information system.o upgrade its unemployment Sec.
THE SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:D IN Section 1.
