Plain-language change summary

Assembly Bill 333 has been updated to establish clearer deadlines for filing legal documents related to land use planning decisions. It now extends deadlines and allows courts to grant further extensions, ensuring that cases can be managed more effectively. Additionally, the bill exempts smaller counties from certain water appropriation rules for stormwater management when these measures are required as part of development approvals. These changes aim to streamline the judicial process and support local flood control efforts, making it easier for communities to manage stormwater effectively.
